How a piece is made

From colorful filament to your hands

  1. 1

    The idea

    We pick a model or design your idea: an animal, a name, a gift.

  2. 2

    The slicer

    Software cuts the model into 0.2 mm layers — a small piece has about 200 of them.

  3. 3

    The print

    A nozzle heated to 210 °C (410 °F) melts the filament and draws it layer by layer, for about an hour.

  4. 4

    The finish

    Davi trims the extra bits, paints the details and checks that everything moves just right.

Frequently asked questions

What is 3D printing?

It's a machine that builds a piece layer by layer, melting a plastic thread (the filament) and drawing each layer on top of the last. A small piece takes about an hour.

What are the pieces made of?

We use PLA, a plastic made from plant sources like corn. It's light, sturdy and odorless.

Can I order a piece with my name?

Yes! Name keychains and plaques are made to order, in the color you choose, and are ready in a few days.

Do you ship?

We ship anywhere in Brazil through the national postal service. Living abroad? Send us a message on WhatsApp and we'll find the best way to get it to you.

Are the pieces safe for kids?

We have products suitable from age 3. Every product page lists the recommended age — very small pieces are not for children under 3, since they could be swallowed.
